I run 15.1 at cruise and get ~17-18 mpg on the highway with the 393 cubic inch motor and 3.73 gears . Idle about 14.5 when it's warmed up.
FWIW, 14.1:1 is stoichiometric for maximum benefit emissions-wise. If you're not running emissions equipment, it really doesn't mean anything. You'll produce more oxides of nitrogen at leaner levels, excess carbon at richer, but it's just a number if you don't have emissions equipment on your truck. Tune it for how it runs best.
