Keep in mind there is quite a bit of adjustability in the pipe section. You could easily hang the muffler an inch or so higher and the tips a 1/2" and this would easily avoid the Ranchos.

Dare I go off into the weeds and trig out the movment of the rancho bar where the exhaust moves over it? I did a little measureing, and it should fit so long as I can keep it tighter to the bottom of the bed/cab/frame than is yours.
