Hey when did you move brother? I havent kept up with the LOOK forum since I sold my lightning and most of the lightning guys that I keep up with I still chat with over at SVTOA. Anyway. Are you going to Lfest? I cant wait to hang out with my ILLNESS friends from last year!
 
I moved here the first of August. I don't think I will be making it to L fest but nothing is set in stone quite yet. I can't remember the last time I checked LOOK either, not much goes on there. Are you living here in IL or still in Enid?
 
Still here in Enid for now. I will be done with everything but my practicum hours after May so I will be looking to make a move. I hope to move up to chi-town or somewhere on the east coast. It all just depends.

Yep drag and track. bedrug went in without a hitch. Went to Walmart to get Heavy duty hook and loop. still holding up. :tu:
 
Awesome! That is good to hear Jason. How is the single life treating you? I am following in your foot steps and got engaged to the girl I was dating last year when I met you guys. She should be coming for the weekend so you will get to meet her. Who all else is coming down that cam from last year?

Dude. That is cool. Hopefully you will get to meet Patty. She is fun. lightning girl. If I didnt get to meet you last year I hope to meet you this year. Since I was the only LOOK person there for the entire weekend the ILLNESS group adopted me! LOL!. Today is the first so let the countdown begin. Its like waiting for Christmas.

Well there were a few of the gen 1 guys that I dont talk to much that were there for the drag racing and the one of my friends from Tulsa was there with his gen 2 for the grudge races and on track.

I was the lone guy there who enjoyed all 3 days. I think there will be a few more attending this year but since I have sold my lightning I only keep in contact with a few of the guys who have become close friends.

I will be there the entire time! I will only get to participate in the on track with my SVTF. I am really looking forward to that since I didnt get to do that with my truck last year. Chrome 20 inch replica's didnt make for a good equation when it came to stopping during the on track so I just hit the drags. 13.008 at 105 with a 1.9 60 foot on 20 inch chrome wheels with radials. That was fun.

This year I will just sit on the side for two days with my cooler full of drinks ready to supply all my ILLNESS friends!!!
 
Hey Brandon its good to hear from you again. I was the one that bought your used mass air, throttle body ect. You were 100% honest and fair with me.I'll buy you a drink

That is the only way to be Larry. How did the parts work out for you? Just look for the 04 sonic blue SVTF or ask Jason, Ray or some of the other guys. I am sure they will be able to point me out.

I will be looking forward to meeting another brother!
 
Well everybody I am paid up and have even ordered a few new parts to help me around the on track!!!!

Are any of you up for hitting the casino either Thursday or Friday night for a while? The fiance and I were thinking about taking a few dollars out there to have a little fun. I would like to invite all you to come! Also if you are interested I was thinking of having a little cookout at my buddy's (robert the guy you met who had the silver SVTF) I will have to check with him but if it is cool with him and his girl I would like to invite all my ILLNESS friends to come.

Just over a week to go!!!! I CANT WAIT!!!

I can't wait either but we're not ready!

Still need to get the traction bars and drive shaft loop done. My poor baby will be without a drivers side pillar as she's in the process of having some gauges wired up. Don't think those will be done in time for LFest.

I swore I'd have all the goodies on my truck but between moving and working, we just don't have the time.

Maybe next year???
