Why we should use SUPPORTING vendors.PLEASE read

Please read the last page of the GP on the "cobra style hoods"
I think the troubles i've had say it all. Our NLOC vendors would never treat us like this. I am out my cash, my time, and now have afew more grey hairs..lol

Please support the vendors that have been there for us. :hail: I had to learned the hard way

I'm sorry that you are still upset.

Some FACTS About the problem...

These are custom laid up hoods that take about 7 - 9 days
APIECE to make, and teh vendor told us that. It was our
misunderstanding of the "2 week" thing that caused most
of the heated arguements.


The hoods were shipped in the order that the orders were
CONFIRMED. Not the order of the "Yeah I want one" posts.
This and the mishandling of some email addreses caused some
to be placed at the very end of the list. Again, not the vendor's
problem. Our problem.

Having people call up and "cuss out" the vendor's wife
didn't help matters much, and if anything, left a VERY
bad taste in the vendor's mouth for "The Lighning Owners".

Patience on most everyone's part is required. I doubt very
much if anyone is legally going to get any money back, based
on the fact that they ARE shipping the hoods as fast as they can
make them.

Best thing I think we could do is apologise for all the mix-up
and acknowledge and move on.

Everyone that has received theirs seems to love it ... The price
and the quality cannot be found elsewhere.

My opinion, strictly, so hold the flames...
 
I never called and cussed out anyone..I never even raised my voice to her. I just got sick of hearing two weeks everytime I called. When I called last week to check the status and heard about two more weeks ,that is when I said no more. Cancel my order and send my money back. Yes I agree that in the posts that there was alot of misunderstanding about the ship dates. My problems come from the fact that anytime I called her I got the same answer.."about two weeks" . I understand that sometimes its hard to make everyone happy, and i'm not trying to make problems with her or anyone. I have just reached the point of giving up. Any of you that do not agree with me..sit back and put yourself in my place and see if you would be upset. I paid for a product that I never got ($595.oo) If this was a simple $20.oo bolt on I would not care..but this is alot of cash and her freaking out on the phone on me was the last straw.
Those that know me know that i'm a easy going guy and its rare that I get upset about anything, but i'm done dealing with her at this time.
Guys I really did not want to start any wars or to upset anyone. I also want to thank all of you for getting this deal going , but it just did not work out for me. I am not mad at NLOC, or anyone other then myself for putting up with it for so long.
Ok i'm done venting for now and I hope there will be peace now:tu:
