I just talked with Michael at Whipple, and here is the latest information he has given me as of today:
- There are 2 flavors the kit is offered in, Racer kit, which does not include a CAI nor EGR, and the Tuner kit, which does include the CAI and EGR.
- They are working on a 4" pulley (19psi approx.) to be made available very soon, however the first runs might ship with a 3.5" (23 psi approx.).
- They are only available for the 2001-2004 Lightnings, and there aren't any plans for a specific '99-'00 kit. However, any '99-'00 can swap to the '01-'04 lower manifold setup.
