WFC9 Registration, Pricing, & Schedule!

Registration:

1. Racers pay four-day general admission at the gate ($50)
2. Find appropriate parking space in the pits
3. Walk to registration tent/trailer with your four-day ticket stub
4. Hand in your ticket and pay only the difference for race entry and credetials (Reminder: Cash ONLY Please!)
5. Fill out tech card and take car through NHRA safety tech
6. Proceed to WFC class tech
7. Return to pits and await call to staging lanes
8. Be sure to bring your run card with you to the lanes. DO NOT LOSE IT—it will be required to compete Time Trials, Qualifying, and Elimination

General Information:

• PA announcements can be heard on radio channel 92.7 FM
• All runs will be made in sessions—wait in pits for call to lanes
• No additional time trials will be given!!
• No refunds or adjustments will be made
• Time trials, qualifying, and eliminations will be run in the order listed in the event schedule, but are subject to change without notice.

Schedule:

• Thursday: May 18
  * NHRA and WFC early bird race car registration and tech inspection. Test and Tune from 10:00AM to 4:00PM.
  
• Friday: May 19
  * Minimum one-time trial - additional runs if time allows
  * First qualifying session
  
• Saturday: May 20
  * No time trials
  * Second and third Heads-up qualifying sessions
  * ET Brackets (eliminations only)
  
• Sunday: May 21
  * No time trials or qualifying - eliminations only

FAQ:

• A car may only be registered to one class.
• Once properly registered and tech’d, a car may not change classes.

Pit Passes:

• Pit passes are for vehicles that are not racing that want to park and enter in the pit area. Pit passes are available at the gates and can be purchased for only $30.00 per vehicle for the entire weekend. Please note that $30.00 will be the minimum amount charged even if it is for only one day.

Pit Parking Costs:

• Truck Pit Pass (entire event) - $30
• Driver Event Spectator Pass - $50
• TOTAL COST (truck + driver) = $80

NOTE: Each additional spectator pays $50 for an event pass!

Cost to Race (includes event pit pass, driver event entry and class entry fee):

• Street Lightning/Harley Davidson Truck - $125
• Pro Lightning/Harley Davidson Truck - $150
