here is a responce that i received from wfc:
Sorry, but there is no pre-registering or buying tickets in advance for the
WFC8 this year. Everything will have to be purchased at the event. Thanks

the first e-mail i received back (about 6 weeks ago) sail that they would be updating there website in about 3 weeks.
