Hi Bernie,
Here's a complete estimate of everything needed to do the turbo kit
Parts from Pickrel Performance,
1 5/8 headers & 2.5 crossover, Ceramic coated black $1300.
3" down pipe for single exhaust system. Ceramic black $300.
Complete 3.5" single exhaust $700.
intercooled discharge pips powder coated silver $300.
oil feed and drain kit $180.
3" I.D. silicone hose couplers $8 X 3 $32.
3.5" I.D. consistent torque clamp $7 X 10 $70.
Tial 50mm blow off valve $210.
Tail 38mm wastegate $225.
4"inlet X 9" long air filter $40.
custom 255lph inline fuel pump kit with bypass and check valve (Replace's stock line from filter to rail) $400.
Shipping $40.
Total parts provided by Pickrel Performance $3797.
Addtional items you will need to purchase on your own
I'm not sure what kind of motor you have or how much power your looking to make but here's a couple of choices with the turbo...
Master Power T-70 good to about 550 rwhp this is a nice affordable turbo that works great with stock or mild motor combo $650.
Precision Turbo 76gts good to about 750rwhp this turbo will also work well with a stock motor and is a better choice for a built motor or if your looking to get crazy in the future $1400.
42# Fuel injectors good to about 500rwhp $260.
60# fuel injectors good to about 700 rwhp $350.
You will want to talk with Steve about the tweecer and two pump trick say $400. for both
Powerstroke intercooler (used on ebay all the time) $150-200.
That is pretty much everything except for the custom SStock tune $ ? Priceless! Pay the man what he wants!
All said and done your looking at about $5300. total with the MP T-70 and the 42's or $6150. with the PT-76gts and the 60's
The build time will be 5 to 6 weeks on my end... I will ask for 1/2 of the amount up front and the balance to be paid shortly before I ship everything to you...
