I have a 95 lightning with ford motorsport scharger, high flow cat pipe with 2.5" dual exhaust. Full throttle starts, it doesn't want to upshift unless I let off of the throttle. I'm thinking about new solenoid pack and ftvb. The boys @ chickenears recommended I contact you first & get your opinion. If you recomend ftvb, am I looking for an F4 for my truck, and is there a larger trans pan available for 95 E4OD. Any advice would be appreciated.

The F81Z-7A194-BA pan will fit, you'll also need a new style re-uasble gasket with that pan. The solenoid may help the long shift, if not it's a burned clutch and you'll need to re-build it, it could be the intermediate sprag causing that.

I installed F-4 ftvb that you sent with Morosso pan. The 1/2 shift is quick and smooth. The 2/3 shift is a hard banging shift, under full throttle it's chirping tires pretty good. It seems to have taken care of the long shift problem. Is this what I should expect from the valve body?
