Tranny Pan Gasket

Just ordered me a Ford Deep Sump Tranny Pan (I hate not havin a drain plug ) Does anyone know what gasket to use? Or are the tranny pan gaskets the same for both the stocker and the deep sump? In theory it should be the same gasket, since the deep sump should bolt directly up where the old one was?!?

Same gasket. My new pan came with a new gasket. Torque them good. I had some back out after a few hot/cold cycles. Nothing leaked but lost a couple bolts. Maybe I should have put some lock tight on them.

I've not had any problem. Re-used the stock gasket. Its rubber with metal crush sleeves so you should not have any problem with them backing out.

Thats the 4wd pan you got right?

I believe so. Got it from Outrageous Performance, they call it a Ford Deep Sump Trans Pan, but it looks just like the 4x4 to me.
