I was ambitious today, so I decided to whip out the dremel and smooth and polish my stock throttle body in the search for a couple ponies...
What shocked me, was how much CRUD was gunged up on the back of the throttle body and in the upper intake tract...
I cleaned it all up, and then polished the stock throttle body up, all in all took about 2 hours and a whole bunch of polish.

You are getting the idea of TB porting. The green stuff is spray sealant that is on the back of the bores. If you clean it off the blades don't seal as well. The IAC will make up for most of it though. I will sell you a picture of what else to do for $9.95
