Reusable timing parts

I'm building a new long block and was wondering what, if any, timing parts could be reused? Everything, minus the gears, runs around $200.

I replaced everything when doing my build. Chains, gears, guides, hydraulic tensioners. I feel replacing everything when its all apart is easier than having to tear it all apart again 5 k down the road because of a worn part. Not to mention the added expense of all new gaskets when having to tear it apart and assemble again.

Arent the stock parts supposed to last over 100,000 miles? I cant understand replacing everyhting, if theres nothing wrong with why bother?

What Matt said. There is one updated timing chain guide that you need to use a longer bolt for installation.

Eric,
If I sent you the part numbers my local dealer gave me could you verify it is the updated part?

Matt,
I'll more than likely replace all the parts because everything else will be new. Did you replace the crank gear?
