Reman computer

Does anyone know where i may be able to get a reman computer/ECM--I have a 93 nLightning--looks like while it was at a shop for repairs--the computer quietly slipped away. At this point all I want now is to get her running. I have done a nationwide search for an OEM part but it looks like I am out of luck. Please help. Thanks
