Panhard + hangers & shackles?

I am interested in buying dan03L's Ruslow Panhard bar. However, my truck has both DJM hangers and shackles installed (for a 3.5" - 4" drop from '00 stock). I have searched the board, but have not found an answer to my question:

Will this bar still work appropriately, or will there be any physical 'clashing of parts'? Thanks for any help and comments! ~rick
 
It will hit the bed bracew but if you just clearance it with a drumel tool [slice a section off] minor it will work fine.And will not hurt the bed at all.Stan

I'm pretty damm low, and I had to take about a 3" section out of the bed brace. Nothing major, just be sure and hit it with a dab of paint afterwards.

Is this cutting a piece of the truck bed, or a piece from the bar assembly?

Could I trouble anyone for pics?
 
It is a cross brace uner the bed floor and you notch it.I have seen pics of it but can not remember where.Stan
