So I have an idea for a closed loop oil system to feed my turbos and I decided to fab up a tank that I can use. It is a little over 6 quarts in capacity. Dimensions are 12x12x2.5 inches. All 10 an fittings. One on bottom will be the feed to the exa pump, the one on top will be a vent, and the two on the sides at top of tank will be the drains. Turns out turbo werx sells a regulator for the bottom of their pumps that turns their pump into a feed pump that will hold 40 psi pressure and can still scavenge oil from a drain. My plan is to fill the tank to just below the drain fittings so that no matter what the tank can never be too full. That way the tank is always maybe 3/4 full while the pump is running. I also welded in some baffles inside the tank to help with sloshing.
