i am wondering how wide it is over all, i am thinking it might fit easier behide the PSD intercooler...

Everything hooks up just like stock. At it's thickest point (the tanks) it measures 3". Overall length is 33" not including the mounting brackets welded on at end.

Anyone ever buy one of Marks radiators? There are tons of other options just want to know about the LFP one.

Better run an Sacrificial Anode or it won't last 2 years. Electrolysis will eat the braze joints and cause leaks, then you can add it to the $400 Fluidyne I have that is now junk per Fluidyne and can't be fixed! Just a FYI.
