need eec ID help

I tried to verify this computer using the list of eec codes on oldfuelinjection.com and even called a ford parts dept.. No luck with either.
I mainly want to know its speed density and for a 5.8.
it does have sd in the code but I dont want to assume.
guy said its out of a 94 but f6 is part of the code...which usually means 96 but again, dont want to assume, let those that know steer me in the right difection, heres the code on the sticker:

EEC-IV EFI-SD44B
F6TF-12A650-BKB
64ESB44A31 20726-67

x3 -- it's definitely '96 OBD-II

...and based on some web listings, it appears to be for a 351 with a C6 transmission.
 
Is it obd II.....speed density? I know obd II is associated with mass air but some werent from what I recall...just not sure this one is it.
Will it work with an obd 1 harness?

No, an OBD-II 'puter won't work on an OBD-I harness, and the conversion is more than just the engine harness - the dash harness is different too.
