Anyone have any advice for a competent L specific tuner in Missouri, especially in the Saint Louis Area?

I need a new updated tune for some new mods and to correct a bad shifting behavior.

Not to happy with my current tuner as my truck will not 60', I don't think the maps are correct.

What I want done in addition to my current mods:
disable O2's
SCT BA2400
EGR Delete
Shift point set at 5300 instead of it banging the limiter
2600 stall setup
 
Stieg would be the guy to talk to. He is in St. Charles off of Pralle lane and 94.
