Anyone up for hitting the Texas Motorplex on Street night, March 9th?

I should have my truck (and it should be broken in enough

) by then to race. It's the first street night race on the calendar.

Anyone?

So what goes on at these street nights? I've never heard of it.

Typically it's a run what ya brung event. There's no telling what will pull up next to you. No trophies either. Just for fun and to get your best time.

Sometimes there's a gambler's race if you're into racing for $$.

Most Fridays during the season are street nights.

You have been to Friday Nite Street nite at the Motorplex before. Think 100 degrees, Ricers, 17 year olds and no traction..... Now it should be coming back to you ...

Trouble is the March 9 is too far away. They Have Test days this Saturday and Next .... http://www.texasmotorplex.com/schedule.cfm

I'd read that the Test days are for Divisional AAA Racers only, not for the general public. It's a little more expensive too.

Here's what that link says:

That's why I was shooting for March... I know it's far off, but usually it helps me plan better. I know, me, me, me
