I have a cracked block in my 01 lightning and im needing to replace it. is it possible to get a STD 5.4 block gut it out and replace my internals from the SVT to the STD block? im sure i will have to make a few modifications to fit my heads, im just more concerned with the block taking the the beating? Please somebody help me lol.... i really just dnt wanna have to pay 3500 for for a block
