Lets see those hot rod 92-96 F150s!

Very nice truck. Like the fact it's v8 manual, and a supercab.
Have a 2wd reg cab shortbed truck I replaced the six with a v8, truck has the five speed, Been a two year project, can't wait to shift gears again.

95 f150, was a 5.0 swapped to a 5.8. Has trick flow 185cnc heads, xe264hr-14 cam, edelbrock performer manifold, headman long tube headers, 4r70w transmission. The long tubes will be coming off in a few weeks to start the turbo build. Ordered a quick 4 transmission controller(should be here Thursday), will be using megasquirt 2 for tuning. Hope to run low 12's-high 11's, and truck is entered in Hot Rod drag week 2016.

Nice truck Danny. Be sure to post up some info on your turbo build.

That 264 cam still have a stout off idle feel? I like upper rpm go but like off idle street driving grunt just as much. Been pondering on the 258 or the 264.

Not trying to make a sales pitch here but I have a Comp xe274hr I'm not using that would work nicely with a stick shift.

Seems to have a good bit of low end, but the truck had a 302 in it before I swapped the 351 in, so I can't give you a good reference compared to stock. A lot of 4x4 guys like it for the low end, they say it's like the h.o. cam on steroids.
