L vs. 02 Z06, i think

i was driving home tonight and a Z06 pulls up next to me. i wanna say it was an 02, but i could be wrong. so i give my truck a quick blast, to tell the guy i wanna play. i was on his passenger side. we were cruising at about 70mph. so he takes off. and i hit the pedal to the floor, a second after. their was a car in front of me so i had to merge into his lane, then back over to mine. i was about a car length behind him. then i started to real him in. i let off when i was about a car length in front off him. i think i was going about 125mph.
ive got about 400HP to the wheels. what are their specs?
i figured he would have killed me. maybe he was just going easy on me.
 
Those Z06's have come along ways by the looks of those specs compared to today.

I'm no pro but maybe he wasn't going easy on you by these specs.

He was deff going easy on you when my truck was built with a MP blower my friend had a 02 zo6 with exhuast a tune intake just a few bolt ons he smoke my *** to say the least he made me sick of the lightning I was making 500rwhp but fast forward 1 year to the whipple and 21psi I smoked his *** for any speed he wanted to
