Installation of U.S. Gears

I just talked to Earl Zimmer at Zimmer's Gears and he said he could install a set of 4:10's that will not whine. I have a set of FMS gears that was installed here in the New Orleans area that whines and the installer has not been able to get rid of the noise. Do any of you LOLA's have any experience with Zimmer's. The business is close the Baton Rouge. Any feedback would be appreciated.
 
Yes I have had work done by them but it was 15 years ago! So anything I tell you will be WAY OUT OF DATE, but they did a great job then putting 4:10 gears in a Trans Am I had.
