Pick up a 4 cylinder beater. I paid $2K for my 97 Saturn and it gets 30+ mpg.

yep just get a 4 cylinder . i got a 2001 focus and i get 30+ mpg

im thinking about getting a svt focus, that way if i have to drive a 4 cylinder at least it will be a svt. and also you need to get that trucks tuned and you will get better gas mileage.

There's something not right with your truck. Most L owners see 13-14mpg averages. My 02 would get 16.5 on a highway run.
