How do I change shift points in Gen 1?

I had my truck dyno tuned and the guy set the shift points way too high for a high torque 351 with a supercharger. The guy is out of business now. Anyone know how to do this or who I can take my truck to?

Going to need some more info, 1st what did he use to tune the truck?
