Hesitation at WOT

Jim/Dave - i was under the assumption that my flip chip would have eliminated the 'hesitation' before shifts at WOT (2 or 4 cyl kill), but noticed that it still occurs. is it possible to get rid of that?

We do eliminate torque reduction.
If you still are experiencing it check to make sure the chip is making full contact.
