I do need a retune for my SCT cause of the ported blower and 2.8 upper. But the truck is running funny also. When it's at idle it sounds like it popping very low popping and the motor is jumping. And when I'm driving normal at around 40mph I'll let off the gas and then when I ease into it again it feels like the motor is jumping. I took it up to 130mph and it was cutting out. No codes are popping up I don't know if it will with the chip in it.

That sounds like it has a possible lean condition which a ported blower could cause. We can reburn for you if it has not already been done.
