heat cycling slicks

I have a brand-new set of Goodyear road racing slicks, and I was trying to figure out how to heat-cycle them. I'd like to use them for autocrossing and the occasional track run, but I need to heat-cycle them first. Any info is greatly appreciated.

With my Hoosiers, I just drove on them for about 45 minutes @ >75mph. Then I just put them away for a week.
