Fog lights mount bracket

Is this the bracket the fog light housing mount to? I know they are discontinued so I'm trying to to install the ones out of a pathfinder. I just don't know if I need a bracket or is this the bracket. Thanks

Yes it is. You still need about a 4" strait piece and drill holes in it to mount to light and to the threaded clip you see on top of the bracket.
