I'm wondering if a Flareside bed would fit on a 93-95 lightning without any mods? If mods are needed, what would they be?

i dont see why it wouldnt fit,you might want the fuel filler hose.i swapped a flareside bed onto a 92 extcab years ago and it fit perfect. i used the stepside fuel filler hose because someone had cut my rear hose to steal gas but i think they were the same length but dont hold me to it.
 
It'll fit fine. They do weigh more than the fleetside bed though. I think by 400 lbs or somthing. I could be wrong on the weight diff. All's you gotta do it paint to match.
 
I can't believe the difference in weight but they are heavy as I've picked up my dads more then once. It can't be 400lbs though maybe 100-200.
