Chip Problem

Hey man i need some help bad.
I have a 2001 lightning with your diablo chip and #4 pulley.
My truck burnt up my motorcraft plugs in about 5000 miles and i
called you up and sent it back and got a reburn and have not changed anything except the headers.
After the reburn i put in some NGK TR6 plugs,they only lasted 3400 miles and KAPOWWWW!!! same thing blown plug!
This chip must be producing some extreame cylinder heat to burn em up like this.

my mods are:
#4 pulley
single blade body
JDM filter kit
shorty headers

you must be getting detonation to burn the plugs up which 1 was it? and when did i reburn it for you? and what code is on the chip?
