Aftermarket Valve Body Questions

I have heard that an aftermarket valve body makes a very big difference. so i was wanting to know the best kind to get, being there are so many of them on the market. It would be going in a daily driver, but i still want it to get the second maybe even third gear scratch and if that was possible to get without hurting the transmission or the rearend that would be even better. eitherway, was just looking for some input. OH, i also heard you were not supposed to mes with the line pressure (with a reprogrammer) or it would hurt the transmission. is this true as well?? thanks again

the 4r100 is a the strongest gasoline tranny. it says "Also, some transmissions that have used software to raise Line Pressure have shown longer term (12-18 months) damage to the pump assembly caused by the extra load placed on the pump." key word "SOME". spoke with a ford master techinician and transmission specialist. and svt mechanic they said, "they dump more in the pan then they pump". at stock settings. said go ahead and raise pressure. valve body does do the same im not disagreeing. i plan on getting FTVB oneday. but not too worried about the transmissions hurting with a adjustment.
