Adding SVT-Raptor

We may have 1 or 2 SVT Raptors at LightningFest, so they will be allowed to compete with the Lightnings and HD Trucks....both show and drag. ldtu:

Cool trucks, just disappointed me that they put all the time and engineering into those instead of a GEN 3 Lightning.

@281cammer: I agree! When/if the time comes to replace the L, I won't consider anything like the Raptor, but I would consider a Gen3 Lightning.
