What to do about a big scratch in my L?

I did the lamest thing this morning. I hit a piece of wood with my front bumper, while pulling out of my driveway. Well the wood had two big nails sticking out and it scratched the crap out of my bumper. It is a black L.
What's the best way (untill I can get it repainted) to deal with this scratch in my plastic bumper cover?
 
Mcguyers (sp) makes some really good componds that can help hide scraches. I think it is a 3 step process but it works really good.

BTW, if you look at the back of the car lots, you can probably find a mobile paint repair tech that can actually repair it for you for like $50.00.

That's what I used to do for a living. Chips Away, aerocolors, and Colors on Parade are some I know of.
