SSOTN@Cecil County Dragway 11/15/2008 who's going?

We will be OK.

It was 37* at Englishtown this past Wednesday. Traction was fine. Cecil does a better job prepping the track. We will be fine.

Looking forward to a GREAT time.

me and a buddy of mine were gunna be there with his coupe looking for the .80's but there is ZERO chance that car will make a clean pass with it being that cold out

oh yea thats 7.80's btw

yep went 10.20 at imports VS domestics out of the groove went towards the wall and saved it so with a stright launch it should go 9.9`s
 
I ran a new best of 13.294 @ 105.18 mph...for a stock truck, I guess that ain't bad. Great day to race though...

You should have made it...the track was hooking like it was 60 degrees out there (for street tires), there were 37 no shows so you could run every 5 minutes, and the weather was perfect!

Track was prepped well. Par for the course at SSOTN.
The air was awesome! Temps in the upper 30s. Humidity in the lower 30s. And the Dew Point was something like 7* or some outrageously low number.
Put together it netted me another PB with the StockBlock MP.
11.43@118 backed up with a 11.44@117. Both had a 60' of 1.57.
That makes 5 years of 20psi boost on the original longblock.
2004 = 11.59
2005 = 11.53
2006 = 11.62
2007 = 11.46
2008 = 11.43

I'm just glad your wheels didn't fall off!!

It would have been nice to stay all day but I had some fun watching the Ravens/Iggles game...I couldn't open my eyes the day after!
