Gas with oily discharge
My mirrors appear to have bug splatter "burned in." I want to get them back to like-new look (or at least close). What to use?
When I first bought the truck, the mirrors were also sun faded grey and I had good luck with some rubbing compound bringing back the color, but not all of the bug splatter outlines disappeared. Can I continue to work with the rubbing compound or am I flirting with disaster using something so abrasive?
