I have lost 105lbs so the 4x shirt is way too big and the 1xl shirt is too small. Lol neither have been worn maybe once or twice.

I lost a lot of weight in '15, but have let myself creep up a little since covid - getting older doesn't help, either. I'm no where near where I was before, but I've gained enough that I can feel it. I'm working to get back where I should be now.

My blood pressure runs with my weight, so that's a big factor for me in terms of wanting it down.

I had gotten over 350lbs. But after having kids I changed a lot. It's been slow but it has to be a life style change. I realized I didn't know many 65yo 350 lb men. I Had to change something.
