    F4te

My truck is a 93 and #48 on lightning registry. While I had engine out I checked and it is F4TE. Its an early production so I was just curious if had been changed and what other than roller block is different.

I would think the engine has been replaced at some point. I have two 93s that are low production numbers built in 12/92 and both of them have non roller ready blocks from the factory.

I'm glad you chimed in Bobby; based on some comments recently, I was beginning to wonder if all Lightnings had F4TEs.

Check for partial Vin number stamped in block. It is on pad on rear of driver side block just beneath head. You can see it from underneath.Screenshot_20200522-225020.jpg
