    I threw and hauled much hay in my youth, mostly in an F-100 with a three-on-the-tree transmission.

    Ah yeah, memories. I had a 70 model with a 302 and a 3 on the tree, had to put two shift tubes in it because I tried speed shifting it That truck had many bales hauled in it...

    I was driving my friends father 70 f100 6cyl 3 on the tree. Speed shifting it and snapped the shifter right off the column.
