Wooohoooo

What's up guys? I have finally taken the first step towards my extended cab conversion. Today I bought a 1995 XLT extended cab / short bed with all the power options, and a 302 w/ auto. It has a few issues, leaky valve covers, and a bad bearing in the steering just under the steering wheel. I was told the steering is an easy fix. Is it? I know the valve cover leaks are not hard to fix. When did Ford change the F150 to OBD II? The truck has 199K miles with 90K on the topside rebuild. The first owner hit a deer and ran it hot;m. I sold my 99 Crown Vic Police Interceptor to buy this truck, so it will be my daily driver, so I have to get the steering fixed asap. Anyway I am looking forward to building the truck, although it will take a LOOONNNGGG time for me to finish.

The OBD2 started in 96. The steering column might be easier just to replace but if it has tilt and cruise they are a bit more and harder to find.
