what tuner to get for my 95 "L"

hello guys, looking into getting a tuner for my 95 L, just haven't decided what to get. Hoping u can direct me in which direction to go. I've been looking at the QH and TWEECER. What else would I need besides the laptop, software, wideband? Any and all info welcome. Thanks again.

My personal opinion would be a TwEECer RT with the items you listed above. From there it's time to study
