Being in customer service, and reading a lot of posts on PSPs site, I really know what not to do if I were ever to start a business. I've never met Sal, but I wish him the best because it seems like there are a lot of people that do know him, and like him.

yup that is the way NOT to run a business.killin me cause im the only MORON whos still running his chip around here.He said he had a new race program and i emailed him about a recalibration and some pinging in my chip.AND I CANT EVEN GET A RESPONSE!Customer service is very important.
Oh well...
