Well, I'm all set to go to WFC this weekend. I'll be staying at the Casino Queen, down by the river.

I know Jeff is going, anyone else?
Also when are you taking off Jeff?
Any words of wisdom for WFC?

Also I will be at IRP on Tues to nail down my lights and do some ET "research"
 
Planning to leave sometime Thursday morning. Exact time is unknown right now, but I'd expect between 6:30 and 8:30. I'd like to get a couple TnT passes in on Thursday.

And you were right about entry fees! But, I guess I paid $50 last year just to watch... Must be a real money-maker for these guys.

Words of Wisdom - Have fun! Be sure to hang out in the "Club" hotel parking lot in the evening. That's a REAL kick in the seat.

Weather permitting, I'll be at IRP Tuesday night as well. The truck will actually hook and go straight in 2nd and 3rd gear on the street at 12 lbs of boost. I'm hoping I can get it to run pretty consistent 10.0s at the WFC so I don't have to mess with the 9 second safety issues (I won't have a license in time).
 
Nah it will only do more wheel hopping. I can't afford to break it.

My MT DOT drag radials came in and my wheels are here too, but fedex won't leave the tires at my house without a signature in person and they won't bring them to my work without the seller changing the shipping address...go figure. I told them to hold them as they are on the west side so if I go out there tomorrow I can try and pick them up on the way to IRP or something.

They won't even let my wife pick them up unless she has something saying she lives at my address!!!

Yeah if she had an Indiana DL ;) I can't count how many times I have told her to go update her L...still has her maiden name on it besides.
