VA inspection with tint

Hey guys,

Quick question. I need to get my L inspected this month. I am thinking of taking it to the local Ford dealership. I do have illegal tint, will that fail me?

If so is there any place/guys local ( NOVA ) that will give me a break on the tint and pass me regardless of the tint?

In VA tint should not fail you you can get pulled over and get a ticket though
