Tuning questions

Ok, I want to try to make a little progress on the 93 this winter. My son was in charge of tuning when we started the mods and we have a safe base tune with Tweecer. I'm trying to learn a little about tuning and the old laptop took a dump so what do I need to get started?

Tuning is honestly a experience based mentor/mentee art. Get a decent Windows 7 stand alone and go to town. There are a few folks who will help
