why dont you guys build them in 3000 stall?

We build them any stall you want. However you can't get a 3000 stall out of a triple disk 12" diameter torque converter effectively. How much power you are making will also affect the stall as well. I would consider all your mods when choosing a torque converter stall speed.

I thought you list a LFP converter in 10.5"? Hopefully to be making 550+
