The Official Event Hotel Has Been Selected!

I'm sitting it out. The cost was becoming very prohibitive (~1500), and wanted to spend my valuable vacation time with my family. Going camping/backpacking that weekend now :)
 
Very good, I am thinking about not going, but I want to go because it will probably be the last year I can go to LFest.

I am planning on purchasing a home soon, so that will put a huge kink in my racing time and money.
 
Just got off the phone with the hotel, and there are 10 rooms available for the 22-24 range. I think the 25th was still OK. Our block has been extended through the 15th.

We were told we could only have Friday and Saturday when we called the Hilton Garden nationwide number, so we booked that. Then we called the hotel directly and asked if we could add Thursday. They did add it for us. See you there!
 
I will be dropping my Sunday off but keeping Thursday-Sat. (22-24). Drop that one day and save me that much money at least. Unless something unexpected happens and I need to stay.
