NOTE: Rooms are first come, first serve, and the room block and discount rate ends 7 August, 2010

To get the discount group rate call one of the following numbers:
  • 1-800-321-2211
  • 1-816-228-8100

The PHONE group code is LTN
The group name is Lightningfest 7
YOU MUST ask for the "LightningFest 7" group rate!

When making ON-LINE reservations at Marriott Hotels - Official Site check the "Group" box and put in the following group codes:
  • King rooms = LTNLTNA
  • 2 Queen bed rooms = LTNLTNB

The Hotel is less than 15 miles to the track (KCIR) and ONLY 6 miles to H00TERS!

As those who attended LightningFest 6 can attest to, the hotel entrance is conducive to beer cooler races after consuming liquid refreshments. :D

We will announce the host hotel in the near future, so wait for our announcement before making reservations. Remember, the host hotel tailgating is almost as famous at the drag racing. Maybe Jeff Jaeger can be enticed to again put on his one-man fashion show for us. :ashamed: ;)
To heck with the fashion show...I want some of Dwight's cinnamon rolls...Cinnabon don't hold a light to Big D's baked masterpieces.:eek:ldtu:

That's the code for over the phone.
These are the ones for the internet reservations...

King rooms = LTNLTNA
2 Queen bed rooms = LTNLTNB

It's just a little further down in the first post

Thanks Big D!
It's so much easier to do it on line.
Then you can print out all the info and the confirmation e-mail has a direct link for changes etc.
