27 Aug (Friday) = 80 rooms (20 w/2 queen, 60 king = 80 total)

29 Aug (Sunday) = 10 rooms (10 w/2 queen, 10 king = 20 total)

As those who attended LightningFest 6 can attest to, the hotel entrance is conducive to beer cooler races after consuming liquid refreshments. :D

It's so much easier to do it on line.
Then you can print out all the info and the confirmation e-mail has a direct link for changes etc.
