Right! I'll be 60 in July. I still feel great. Many people tell me I don't look a day older than 45. But I work out every day, eat healthy (mostly, no fast food), and importantly, drink a lot of water. Lack of proper hydration can make you look a lot older than you are. Hydration ain't beer and alcohol. Don't get me wrong, I like them both, and good cigars. In moderation.
