This is a pretty informative little piece on the danger of old tires. Since these trucks are approaching 10 years old this is a very real issue for those that have low mileage trucks with the stock tires. (for those that drive them that is)

wow... This makes me want to go out and check all my tires now lol... and to think, just earlier this year I drove my Lightning home after buying it on stock 13 year old Firestones! Dry rotted and bald for over a 100 miles of highway....
